제목 Tuning the Mechanical Behavior of Block Copoly(ether ester) Thermoplastic elastomers
초록 Poly(tetramethylene 2,6-naphthalate)-poly(tetramethylene ether glycol) (PTMN-PTMEG) copoly.(ether ester) was successfully synthesized by varying composition of new diols. Hard PTMN and flexible PTMG segments were synthesized from dimethyl 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate(NDC), 4-Butanediol, PTMEG(1000), and new diol (TCDO) was incorporated with process including teansesterification and polycondensation, as per the result we can tune the mechanical behavior of the copolyether ester by controlling the composition of new diols. Synthesized polymers were analyzed by spectoscopies, thermal analysis, and mechanical test.
