초록 |
Molecular self-assembly of soft nanomaterials is considered an ultimate nanofabrication method that ensure ultrafine pattern precision, parallel mass-production, complex structure formation and so on. Neverthelsss, the molecular interaction for self-assembly generally relies on weak forces, which freuqently leads to a slow assembly process and low degree of ordering. To promote self-assembly, various directed-assembly methods have been developed and gathered a great deal of research interests as a promising nanofabrication process. In this presentation directed-assembly methods for soft materials, such as block copolymers and carbon nanotubes and graphene will be introduced. |
