Self-assembly of block copolymer blends for various length scale nanostructure |
| 초록 |
Block copolymer lithography has emerged as a promising strategy to create nanostructure at the sub-50nm length scale. Here we investigate self-assembly of block copolymer to tune the period of nanostructure by using binary blends of lamelllar-forming block copolymer. Binary blends of block copolymer serve as a device-oriented template to achieve various pitch scales. |
