제목 | Acid prehydrolysis treatment condition research for high purity cellulose isolation |
초록 | As fossil energy depletion and global warming issues emerge around the world, the need to develop and utilize wood-based biomass, a sustainable biodegradable resource, is being emphasized. Accordingly, this study explored acid prehydrolysis treatment conditions for high purity cellulose isolation by utilizing wood-based biomass. To investigate the effects of Acid, the study was conducted by adjusting the concentration of the solution and the time of prehydrolysis. Through this study, it was confirmed that the process of acid-prehydrolysis improves the yield of pulping by removing obstruction product such as hemicellulose and lignin among the wood components while improving the effect of high purity of cellulose isolation.
