제목 Formation and characterization of based on Tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)
초록 For the last a couple of decades, researches have been focusing on development of high performance OFET through a synthesis and physical/chemical characterization of the organic semiconductor. Since tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ), a well-known n-type organic semiconductor, has four -CN groups, it easily forms charge transfer complex with electron donors, and the complex has been used for electronic devices. Despite many research groups have studied about TCNQ, the research for OFET based only TCNQ is rare and the performance is still not compatible with that of other organic semiconductor counterparts. In this presentation, we report the fabrication and characteristic of OFET based on only TCNQ prepared by several different deposition methods such as thermal vacuum deposition, solution processes including spin-coating, drop-casting and capillary tubes (1-D dewetting).
