Low bandgap small-molecule for high efficient solution processed organic solar cells |
초록 |
Organic solar cells are a promising technology for light weight, low cost, large-area, and high-throughput energy generation. In this work, two novel semiconducting small molecules based on TPD and BDT units are designed and synthesized. The physical and optical properties were characterized using various studies such as UV-visible absorption, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and the results will be presented in detail. The high thermal stability of monomer was determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) studies.
