제목 Release Behavior of Ibuprofen Solid Dispersion with HPMC by Using Spray-drying Method
초록 In this study, we prepared solid dispersion containing polymer by using spray-drying method. This solid dispersions formulated to improvement of dissolution property using HPMC as a water soluble. Scanning electron microscope were used to analyze surface of solid dispersion sample. DSC and XRD was used to analyze the crystallinity of solid dispersions. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were used to analyze the change of chemical structure characteristic of solid dispersion. DSC and XRD shows that drug crystallinity was changed. FT-IR shows that solid dispersion chemical structure comparing drug chemical structure was changed. The in vitro release behavior of solid dispersion presented at simulated gastricjuice (pH 1.2). The dissolution rate of ibuprofen was dramatically higher than pure drug and release rate of ibuprofen was decreased, as increasing polymer content rate.
