제목 Multi-scale synthesis of SAPO-34 membranes in confined synthetic gels
초록 SAPO-34 membrane is one of the efficient and membrane for gas separation.
For industrial applications, it is very economical to mass produce SAPO-34 membranes with uniform performance.
In this study, synthesis proceeds by increasing the number of supports in the same amount of secondary growth gel through the secondary seeded growth method.
Permeable performance with N2, CO2, and CH4 were investigated with the synthesized supports.
Secondary growth gel required for each 5cm hollow fiber is 00g.
Within this limit, it consistently showed the characteristics of SAPO-34. These membranes separated N2 from CH4 with N2 permeance as high as 00GPU with separation selectivity of 0 at ~℃, separated N2 from CO2 with N2 permeance as high as 00GPU with separation selectivity of 0 at ~℃.
This can help the industry optimize large-scale applications of SAPO-34.
