Effect of direct fluorination on carbon molecular sieve for CH4/CO2 gas separation |
초록 |
In this study, surface modified carbon molecular sieve (CMS) was prepared bydirect fluorination to investigate the separation behavior of CH4/CO2. The direct fluorination was carried out at various partial pressures. The effects ofdirect fluorination on the chemical components and the change of pore structure of CMSs were investigated by x-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) and pore size distribution with CO2 gas. In addition the CO2 adsorption capacity was measured at absolute pressures of 0-800 mmHg and at temperatures of273 and 298 K. To investigate the characteristics of CO2/CH4 gas separation, micro gas chromatographic analysis was performed with mixed gas and nitrogen, and was studied about CO2/CH4 gas separation behavior. |
