Fabrication and characterization of TiO2 nano-filler by silane agent with in-situ method to prepare high refractive index films |
초록 |
High refractive materials are important components for displays, lens, solar cells, and various optical devices. Titanium dioxide (TiO2), such as high refractive index inorganic nano-filler, was usually used to incorporate into polymer matrixes to improve their optical performance. Unfortunately. TiO2 nano-filler is difficult to disperse uniformly because strong property of aggregating with each other. In this study, we were introduced [3-(methacryloyloxy)propyl] trimethoxysilane to improve their dispersibility and mechanical property. The modified TiO2 by silane agent was fabricated by in-situ method. In-situ method is to how to proceed with the synthesis of TiO2 particle and modification by one-step, it can synthesized in a smaller and more uniform than the ex-situ method, such as simply surface modification. |
