제목 Development of polypyrrole micro-bead by emulsion method and polypyrrole (core/shell) conductive ball
초록 Conductive material are being largely studied as a conductive ball in the present work. We prepared polypyrrole(Ppy)nmicro-bead by micro emulsion method and evaluated how to form and change property depending on various synthesis condition. In order to use as a conductive polymer bead this challenge provides the opportunity to develop conductive ball. We didn't only focused our study on making electrical conduction properties but also experiments are investigated in coating with metal (Ag/PPy NI/PPy)and insulating resin to make core shell, Detailed characterization of Nano bilayer core shell were carried by SEM,TEM, IR technique. We particularly conducted these synthesis that was suitable for conductive ball. Further development of microPolypyrrole bead are needed to make well uniformly
