Cu2S/TiO2 Hierarchal nanostructures photocatalysts are effective charge separation for improved photocatalytic hydrogen generation |
초록 |
The present study we report facile synthetic processes of the CuS/TiO 2 followed by a two-stage method [1] . Further investigation characterizations analysis of the prepared photocatalyst, initially XRD analysis of CuS/TiO 2 nanocomposite copper sulfide has chalcocite and TiO 2 anatase phase. In order to examine the optical properties, two shoulders-like peaks appear at the visible region and UV region. Morphological analysis of the optimized photocatalyst whose average length is about 104.5and width is about 45.4 nm and chemical state analysis of the prepared photocatalyst existed Cu 2+ , S 2- , Ni 2+ and O2- Respectively. Further examines under identical conditions photocatalytic H 2 generation analysis for the prepared photocatalyst under solar simulated light irradiation which is optimization core-diameter, comparative studies, and stability [2] . Based on characterization results were proposed plausible hetero junction electron transfer barrier reaction mechanism ( Figure.1 ) for photocatalytic water splitting |
