Study of surface modified Poly(ε-caprolactone)/PLGA blend scaffold combined with calcium phosphate for bone regeneration |
초록 |
In this study, we prepared multifunctional organic-inorganic composite three-dimensional porous scaffolds for the tissue replacement. The scaffolds were reinforced by combining drugs effective for the modulation of bone cells. The scaffolds were fabricated using biodegradable poly(ε-caprolactone) and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid). Osteoblastic proliferation and differentiation characterized using CCK-8 and alkaline phosphatase activity showed that the scaffold is effectively promote bone tissue regeneration. At the same time, surface modification for the incorporation of therapeutic compounds turned out to be effective for promoting tissue regeneration. |
