제목 Fabrication of N-doped ZnO/g-C3N4 nanofibers for enhanced photocatalytic performance via electrospinning
초록 Composites consisting of N-doped ZnO/g-C3N4 were synthesized via electrospinning and hydrothermal method. Structural properties of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). Photocatalytic activities were measured using rhodamine B solution under simulated solar light irradiation. Photodecomposition rate of N-doped ZnO/g-C3N4 composites were improved compared to pure ZnO. The results indicated that reduced g-C3N4 band gap energy and decreased recombination ratio of excited electrons.
