제목 Synthesis of polyaniline/Multi wall carbon nanotube composites doped with surface-grafted poly(styrene sulfonate)
초록 There have been various researches about self doped conducting polymers and conducting polymers based on Poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PSSA) or its salt due to water solubility and protonic doping effect. Potassium persulfate as an initiator and MWCNT powders were introduced into the round-bottomed flask containing distilled water. Then, sulfonated styrene Sodium salts were added with the magnetic agitation. The flask containing dispersions was sealed and purged with Nitrogen gas and stirred with magnetic bar for 48hrs. The products were washed with methanol and water, filtered and dried at 40 ℃ under the vacuum condition for 24hrs. After drying, the vigorous ultrasonication was required to disperse the particles in water. The synthetic mechanism is based on template based chemical oxidative polymerization using ammonium persulfate as redox initiator. After polymerization, the strands of PANI and PSS-Na+ are inter-winded or otherwise closely associated.
