제목 | Development of Electrochemical Sodium Ion Sensors based on Screen Printing Process |
초록 | With development of wearable sensors, screen printing process is oneof the promising fabrication methods for low-cost and mass production ofsensing electrode platforms. In this study, an electrochemical sodium ionsensor was fabricated through a screen printing technique using carbon andsilver inks. The sensor consists of two electrode of sodium ionselective-membrane sensing electrode and silver/silver chloride electrode. Thepotentiometric responses among two electrodes correspond to Nernstian behavior.The resulting sensor showed high sensitivity (64.15 mV/dec), good durability(0.0467 mV/h), and fast response time (5.4s). Furthermore, the sensor wasintegrated with printed circuit board, demonstrating its potential inmeasurements of real samples. The measured values were consistent with those ofelectrochemical analysis device. |
