제목 Pressure-sensitive organic thin-film transistors based on sharp apex microstructure of printed organic semiconductors
초록 In recent times, there are many attempts to make skin-like electronic devices for prosthetic human body parts. Organic thin-film transistors (OTFT) with pressure-dependent sensitivity become a potential candidate for wearable pressure sensor with high sensitivity. In this work, pressure sensors based on printed OTFTs with unique apex microstructures of organic semiconductors were demonstrated. Centro-apically phase separated organic semiconductors from printed polymer blends were attributed to stress-concentration at sharp apex point, which improved the sensitivity of the devices.
