In this study, the graphene were prepared with the solvothermal synthesis using the ethanol solvent with different pressure at 220℃. The surface morphologies and structure properties of the graphene were determined by transmission electron microscope (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman, respectively. The degree of crystallinity increased with increasing synthesis pressure and time. As a result, structure properties of the graphene were found to be depended on the functions of synthesis time and pressure. |
