제목 TiO2-graphene interfacial layer in the working electrode for enhancing the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells
초록 The UV-photocatalytic reduction of graphene oxide suspended in ethanol was performed by TiO2 nanoparticles. TiO2-graphene nano-composite was with 500 nm thickness were coated on the fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate by spin coating and applied as an interfacial layer between FTO and nanocrystalline TiO2 film. The interfacial layer effectively blocks the contact between I- ions in the electrolyte and FTO layer. The introduction of TiO2-GO increased Voc by 34 mV and fill factor by 14 %. As a result photoconversion efficiency was improved by 10 %, from 4.43 % to 4.72 %.
