A study on morphology and physical properties of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) powders prepared by hydrothermal method |
| 초록 |
The doping of ZnO with various elements has been reported to affect its electrical and optical properties. Thus doped ZnO has attracted attention as alternative materials to tin oxide and indium tin oxide. Al-doped ZnO (AZO) nanoparticles have been one of the most intensively studied materials due to their optoelectronic applications. We employed hydrothermal methods to prepare AZO powders and studied their physical, electrical and optical properties. The reaction temperature and pH affect greatly the morphology and physical properties of AZO particles. |
