제목 Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of sillenite-type material Bi24TiO39
초록 Sillenite-type Bi24TiO39 as an efficient photocatalyst was studied in the present work. The prepared powders were synthesized by a CSD (Chemical Solution Decomposition) method. Crystal structures of the prepared powders were confirmed by XRD and the light absorption properties of the sample was estimated from the UV-vis DRS. The photocatalytic activities were evaluated using methyl orange as a probe molecule for photodegradation. The crystal structure and photocatalytic activity of prepared sample was changed with calcination temperature. The photocatalyst calcined at 400℃ was found to have Bi24TiO39 structure and showed the highest activity under visible light irradiation.
