Carbon materials such as one-dimensional carbon nanotube (CNT) and two-dimensional graphene sheet have many excellent properties such as good flexibility, high electric conductivity and mechanical strength, however, have nearly insoluble in aqueous medium. PEDOT:PSS, conducting polymers have been used the widely energy converted application such as thermoelectric device. Unfortunately, PEDOT:PSS don’t have superior efficiency due to low conductivity and poor stability. We studied the direct synthesis and property analysis of PEDOT:PSS/carbon material composites to solve these problems. PEDOT:PSS/carbon material composites were synthesized in aqueous medium. The morphology of PEDOT:PSS/carbon material composites were confirmed by SEM and TEM. The electrical conductivity and thermoelectric properties of composite films were analyzed using the Van der pauw method and thermoelectric measurement setup. |
