Preparation and properties of amphiphilic copolymers based on polyaspartamide derivatives |
| 초록 |
Novel copolymers consisting of poly (N-isopropylaminoethyl – co – 6-hydroxyhexyl aspart- amide) and poly (N-isopropylaminoethyl–co–hexyl aspartamide) were prepared from polysuccinimde (PSI). The copolymers with 75~90 mol% of 6AH or 35~45mol% of HA provided thermoresponsive polymers, Showing their LCST in aqueous solution. The water-soluble poly (NIPDEA–co–6AH aspartamide) was crosslinked by hexamethylene diisocyanate to provide the corresponding gel. Synthesis and characterization of these new polymers and crosslinked gels with their basic swelling properties are included in this work. |
