제목 | Correlation of Molecular Weight and Orientation Properties Among Quinacridone and Acceptor Units for Organic Photovoltaics. |
초록 | Polymer-based organic solar cells (PSCs) have attracted a great deal of interest as a promising energy resource because of their advantages such as low manufacturing cost and flexible device applications over inorganic solar cell. Donor- π -acceptor (D-π-A) type copolymers were synthesized containing quinacridone as donor and introducing thienothiophene as π-bridge through Suzuki coupling reaction. Depending on benzothiadiazole and quinoxaline derivertives introduced as acceptors. π–spacer has recently gained attention due to its property enhancement in D-π–A type conjugated copolymers. In this respect, the introduction of π–spacer have mainly shown the follwing results: 1) Changes in optical and electrochemical properties 2) good charge transfer property 3) close packing of polymers by improvement intermolecular π-π interaction. The photo-physical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties of the new polymers have been studied and compared. |
