제목 Enhanced performance of Organic solar cells (OSCs) with green solvents and additives system through phase control
초록  Organic solar cells (OSCs) are made of renewable organic light-harvesting materials, which have advantage with an economically competitive and environmental favor solution process. The power conversion efficiencies (PCE) of OSCs have improved by interfacial engineering and developing new materials. Halogenated solvents, such as chlorobenzene, o-dichlorobenzene, is mainly used to fabricate photoactive layer, which have good solubility and form fine morphology for high performance. But, they cause the difficulties of purification and increase the cost of the device fabrication. Thus, replacing halogenated solvent with green solvent and additives system is a necessary step toward OSCs commercialization.
 In this study, OSCs were fabricated with green solvents and additives system for replacing halogenated solvent system to form phase separation and control the morphology. As a result, morphology control in the green solvents and additives system improved PCE and stability of OSCs device.
