제목 Highly Efficient Deep-Blue Phosphorescent Organic Light Emitting Diodes
초록 In recent years, phosphorescent iridium complexs have become important blue emitting materials for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Still now, formal reports with full disclosure on deep blue OLED dopant/host materials and devices are rare and sketchy. In this article, we describe a facile synthesis of a new blue-emitting main ligand materials, namely 2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-4-ethoxypyridine [dpep], 3-(4-ethoxypyridin-2-yl)-2,6-difluorobenzonitrile [dbnep]. These new ligand chemical structures consisted of phenyl-pyridine moieties. Furthermore we introduced picolic acid, picolic N-oxide as an ancilary ligand. We synthesised and characterized with 1H-NMR, 13H-NMR, UV visible spectra, photoluminescence, DSC, TGA.
