Molecular Thinking and Design of High Performance Conjugated Organic Semiconductors for Organic Electronics |
초록 |
In order to satisfy the fast-growing demand for innovative display technologies with an entirely new generation of flexible, light-weight, and ultralow-cost electronic devices in the offing, the charge-transport characteristics of solution-processable polymeric semiconductors must be improved. Such great advances are essentially fueled by the molecular engineering of the conjugated backbones as well as the improved experimental techniques (patterning and printing) for the fabrication. With simultaneously taking into account two constituting components (conjugated backbone and side chains) in the polymers, herein we present various conjugated polymers for high performance organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). |
