제목 Studies on the charge transport property in an anisotropically aligned amorphous polymer chains fabricated by electrohydrodynamic jet-printing
초록 The charge transport property of polymer semiconductor is increased by inducing anisotropy to chain alignment, which could enlarge the coherence length and improve the degree of π-orbital overlap. Here, we study the relationship between the anisotropically aligned amorphous chain and charge transport property in the semiconductor patterns fabricated by EHD-jet printing which offer significant commercial advantages, with less material loss and practicable patterning, in comparison with previous methods using shearing force or directional solvent evaporation. The amorphous polymer is suitable to fabricate flexible and reliable electronics and to apply for the EHD jet-printing than the crystalline polymer due to the mechanical flexibility and the better solubility of amorphous chains. The anisotropically aligned chains were identified by Polarized UV-Vis Spectra and NEXAFS analysis and exhibited the 5 times higher mobility than that of randomly oriented chains fabricated by spin-coating.
