Organic solar cells (OSCs) have been got attention because of many advantages such as ease of fabrication, application for large area device and flexibility. Commercially used hole transport layers (HTLs), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS), have advantages such as high conductivity, transparency, appropriate film formation properties, while it has many disadvantages as their merits such as hygroscopic, strong acidic and mismatch of interfacial properties. These disadvantages are not favorable for continuous fabrication process of organic solar modules. The solution-processed hybrid HTLs are applied to OSCs alternating PEDOT:PSS for enhancing interfacial matching and reducing corrosive properties. Furthermore, organic solar modules introduced hybrid HTLs via solution process exhibits enhanced performance and stability. |
