제목 High resolution images of biological materials using the carbon nanotube AFM probe fabricated by Langmuir-Blodgett technique
초록 Here we report the successful positioning of single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) onto the end of an AFM tip using the Langmuir-Blodgett technique. It was prepared by a highly ordered and hierarchical alignment monolayer film of SWNTs on the air/water interface, and then the SWNTs films were transferred onto AFM probe surface. We obtained high resolution AFM images of biological materials such as DNA and protein using the CNT/AFM probe. As a result, we demonstrated the DNA double strand structure and Y shape structure of protein (hIgG).
