Synthesis and Characterization of Biodegradable Quantum Dot Loaded Chitin Nanogel for Biomedical Application. |
초록 |
The Aim of this Study is to develop Biodegradable Chitin Nanogels (CNG) through the controlled regeneration route of synthesis and conjugated with CdTe-QDs as a potential candidate for bio-imaging and as labeling probe. The CNGs, QD-CNGs were well characterized by DLS and TEM which revealed that the nanogels are in the range of <200 nm. Physicochemical characterization of the prepared nanogels was also studied. Cellular internalization of the nanogels was confirmed by fluorescent microscopy. The preliminary data indicate the potential of CNGs in bio-imaging field. |
