CuO 첨가에 의한 무연 압전 BNT-ST-BF 세라믹스의 소결온도와 전계유기변형특성 변화에 관한 연구 |
초록 |
We investigated the effect of sintering temperature and CuO addition on electrical properties of BiFeO3‒modified (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3‒SrTiO3 (BNST) relaxor ceramics. The sintering temperature for BNST100x‒2BF ceramics were decreased from 1175oC to 1000oC by CuO addtion. The decreased sintering temperature led to decrease of average grain size. The changes of electrical properties were observed with increasing SrTiO3 content and decreasing sintering temperature. Interestingly, we found that the highest decreasing rate of strain properties was calculated in between high‒temperature sintered and low‒temperature sintered BNST26‒2BF ceramics. We assumed that these results are originated from the difference of the stabilized relaxor state and closely related to the electric field‒induced reversible phase transition from the relaxor and ferroelectrics. |
