제목 Surface-Redox Energy Storage in Controllably Oxidized Black Phosphorus Nanosheets
초록 Black phosphorus nanosheets (BP) have attracted much attention for energy storage applications owning to their high theoretical capacities of 2,600 mAh g-1. Unfortunately, the rate and cyclic capabilities of BP are suffered from their intrinsic charge storage mechanism of (de-)alloying. Herein, we unveiled novel molecular-level surface redox sites on controllably oxidized BP, coupling with graphene via strong interlayer binding. Our in-situ experiments and theoretical calculations indicated that the surface redox sites of oxidized P showed truly reversible pseudocapacitive mechanism, resulting in the improvement of electrochemical performance metrics. Our chemical strategies could pave the effective way to develop energy storage devices based on two-dimensional materials for future next-generation applications.
