제목 Synthesis and Property of Waterborne UV-crosslikable Polycarbonate-based Polyurethane Coatings
초록 UV-curable coatings are environmental friendly, containing no solvents. But solvents are added for the spray applications to lower viscosity, so waterborne UV-curable coatings have been studied as a viable alternative. Waterborne UV-curable polycarbonate-based polyurethane were synthesized from IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate), PCD (polycarbonate diol), pentaerythritol, and DMPA (dimethylol propanonic acid).2-HEMA (2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate) was used as an end capping agent for protecting the isocyanate groups. Physical properties of polycarbonate-based polyurethane were better than those of other polyol-based polyurethane.
