Due to the unique mechanical, electrical, thermal, and optical properties, Graphene oxides (GO) have been investigated for nanoelectronics, electron field emitters, and other applications.1-2 GOs have unique atomic structures, high aspect ratio, and extraordinary mechanical properties such as strength and flexibility, which also make GOs ideal reinforcing materials in polymer nanocomposites.3-5 These positively charged ionomers and a negatively charged, Ag@SiO2, were absorbed on functionalized graphene oxide (GO-COOH) with carboxylic acid by layer-by-layer (LBL) electrostatic assembly technique. LBL assembly is one of the most well known methods to create controlled two dimensional GO architectures. |
