제목 Simultaneous irradiation grafting of vinylbenzyl chloride onto poly(ether ether ketone) films
초록 Since PEEK(Poly(ether ether ketone)), a hydrocarbon based polymer has many advantages such as thermal and hydrolytic stabilties, solvent resistance, high strength, and low cost, it has been widely used for the industrial application. In study, we prepared PEEK-g-PVBC membranes by gamma-ray radiation grafting of vinylbenzyl chloride(VBC) monomer onto PEEK film. The effects of the grafting condition such as solvent, dose rate, and VBC concentration on the degree of grafting were investigated. The prepared PEEK-g-PVBC films were characterized using FT-IR, TGA, SEM-EDS.
