A radioisotope (RI)-biochip is a powerful device for biotechnology and medicinal fields. The RI-biochip is a very sensitive and rapid screening tool for detection of biomaterials or biomaker such as enzymes. In this study, the RI-biochip was utilized to screen protein kinase C inhibitor. The PKC inhibition study was perfromed with water and ethanol extracts of that herbal extracts such as Selaginella tamariscina, Agrimonia plimonia ledeb, Lepisorus thunbergianus, and Viscum album. Based on this screening mehtod, it was found the PKC activity was inhibitied by 3 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL concentration of Agrimonia pliosa ledeb. |
