High-performance low-voltage organic thin-film transistors with nanocomposite dielectric gate insulator |
초록 |
High-performance low-voltage organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) with a nanoparticle composite dielectric layer have been demonstrated. The dielectric layer consists of cross-linked poly-4-vinylphenol (PVP) and oleic acid capped strontium titanate (SrTiO3) nanoparticles. The acid capped SrTiO3 nanoparticles were well-dispersed in the organic solvent, which makes it possible to use solution-processable methods to prepare the dielectric layer. Ink-jet printed TIPS-pentacene/polymeric binder OTFTs fabricated using these nanocomposite dielectric films showed high mobilities of 0.1 cm2/Vs with on/off ratio of 104 under a low driven voltage of -5 V. |
