Inorganic-Organic Hybrid Halide Perovskite Material Engineering for photovoltaic applications |

Future photovoltaic systems require low-cost fabrication process and high power conversion efficiency for widespread use in the world. Inorganic-organic hybrid halide materials such as methylammonium lead iodide or formamidinium lead iodide are possible to fabricate the solid-state solar cells through low-cost solution process at low temperature. In addition, their performance surprisingly exceeded 20 % which value have been accepted to commercialize if their life-time is ensured. The high performance is mainly attributed to developments of device architecture, fabrication process, and manipulation of perovskite materials. In this talk, compositional and fabrication engineering for perovskite materials will be introduced for the high performance through solution process at low temperature. |
