제목 Preparation and Properties of Polyurethane Acrylate for Solid Polymer Electrolyte
초록 A series of polyurethane acrylates (PUAs) containing different contents of PEG/DMPA as host polymers for solid polymer electrolyte were synthesized from 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI), polyethyleneglycol (PEG), 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid (DMPA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA)/ azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN)/ tetrahydrofuran (THF). Solid polymer electrolytes were prepared from PUAs/lithium perchlorate (LiClO4, 6.25~33.33wt%)/propylene carbonate (PC, 0-29.41wt%). The PUAs complexed with lithium perchlorate were confirmed using Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). This study focused on the effects of LiClO4 and PC contents on the mechanical properties, thermal properties and ionic conductivity of solid polymer electrolytes prepared in this study.
