Photovoltaic performances of p-type nickel oxide as photocathode in photoelectrochemical solar cells |
초록 |
Most researches on dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) have been focused on a n-type TiO2-based photoanode. DSSCs using n-type semiconductors have better efficiency than p-type. However, studies of p-type DSSCs are necessary for development of hybrid photoviltaics providing the high voltage. P-type semiconductors such as NiO have wide band gap and potential to combine with n-type DSSCs for hybrid type DSSCs. In this presentation, the photosensitizers including the quantum dots and organic dyes are attached on the p-type NiO and their photovoltaic performances will be discussed. |
