In this study, we prepared activated carbon aerogel by chemical activation with KOH as a reagent. And then, The nickel oxides were introduced onto the activated carbon aerogel using Electroless Ni plating and oxidative method. The structural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction. The feature and morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The textural properties were analyzed by N2/77K adsorption. The carbon dioxide adsorption behaviors of the nickel oxide plated carbon aerogel were observed at 298K and 30 atm. From the results, it was found that the CO2 adsorption behaviors were strongly affected by the amounts of nickel oxide. |
