A study on PA6/PVDF/CF nanocomposites. |
초록 |
Immiscible blends of polyamide-6(PA6) and poly(vinylidenefluoride) (PVDF) with 50/50 weight percent composition were prepared by melt mixing in a twin-screw extruder at varying carbon fiber(CF) loading. Due to the excellent properties, CF is used in variety of fields such as military, space-air and so on. It was expected that mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of PA6/PVDF were improved by addition of CF. Morphology of PA6/PVDF/CF nanocomposites were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Mechanical properties of PA6/PVDF/CF nanocomposites were characterized using universal testing machine (UTM) and percolation threshold of electrical conductivity was examined. Miscibility and phase separation behavior have been investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). |
