제목 Flexible and electrochemical pH sensor fabricated by a screen-printing process
초록 We show that a flexible electrode can be created using a screen-printing process and fabricate to a pH sensor. Furthermore, in order to improve performance of a pH sensor, we covered sensing electrode of the pH sensor with polyaniline (PANI) for dilute polymerization which has a nano fiber array structure for fast response time and high stability in the pH sensor due to a high specific surface area. Our screen printing-based pH sensor can achieve a high sensitivity of around 62.41 millivolt per pH unit compared to 59.16 mV/pH of Nernst slope related in theoretical value. Using a sensing electrode with a polyaniline nanofiber structure, the flexible pH sensor shows a high sensitivity, good selectivity and fast response time.
