We report a method to fabricate low-resistance and high optical transparent conductive electrodes(TCEs) using Ag metal embedded grids and conductive polymer. To fabricate a high resolution printed TCFs, the manufacture of an electroforming stamp mold, the fabrication of thermal roll-imprint patterned plastic substrate, filled Ag paste using a doctor blade coating, and coated with a thin film layer of conductive polymer. The TRI and soluble processes made it possible to fabricate printed TCFs with a line width of 10~30±0.5μm, a channel length of 250~500±2μm, and a pattern depth of 7.3±0.5μm on plastic substrates. As a result of measuring line widths and channel lengths of a mesh patterns, the linearity and uniformity for deviation and variation was good obtained. The sheet resistance and optical transparency of PEDOT:PSS/ Ag mesh were controlled in the range of 16~9 ohm/Sq. and 81.2~83.6%, respectively, by controlling the line width and pitch of Ag mesh. |
