제목 Solution-processed Metal-oxide Transistors for Printed Electronics
초록 Solution-processed metal-oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) are now widely investigated for high-performance switching devices for flexible and printed electronics. The metal-oxide TFTs exhibit high electron mobility even in an amorphous state allowing applications in large-area electronics such as flat-panel displays and photo-detectors. Recently a new approach of achieving high-performance solution-processed metal-oxide TFTs on plastic substrates has been introduced. The photochemical activation, carried out by deep ultraviolet irradiation, allows formation of highly dense metal-oxide semiconductors at a very low temperature. In this talk, the properties of photochemically activated oxide semiconductors and electronic devices will be discussed.
