제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Cured Hybrid Materials of PEI and G-POSS for CO2 Adsorption by Ring Opening Polymerization(ROP).
초록 During the few decades, CO2 is a major greenhouse gas with significant impact on global warming, its separation and capture received significant attention. Many scientists have been growing research interest in the development of new materials that have capturing of CO2. Recently, polyethylenimine(PEI) has generated significant interest because of it`s easy processibility and high equilibrium sorption capacity. But, it is difficult to obtain the desorption-adsorption recycles due to low mechanical property.Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) is one of the organic-inorganic hybrid materials. It enhancements via POSS to polymers. In this study, to overcome these problems, we synthesized cured hybrid materials by ring opening polymerization of glycidyl-POSS(GP) and PEI. Hybrid materials were prepared by tuning of reaction time, temperature and the amount of GP used as reinforcing and curing agent. Characteristics of cured hybrid materials were analyzed by various analytical tools.
