제목 Characteristics of Composite with Polymer and Cellulose nanofiber in Water Based Ceramic Solution and Coating system
초록 Cellulose nanofiber(CNF) is a natural material extracted from wood, and has characteristics such as thermal stability, biodegradability, dispersibility and water absorption. CNF is applicable to high performance fibers, nano-polymer composite materials and separator of secondary battery. In this study, we evaluate the characteristics of CNF added to organic - inorganic ceramic coating system. CNF is added to Silica sol and PDMS which is used as a polymer oil react with MTMS and TEOS precursors through sol-gel chemical reaction (hydrolysis - condensation reaction). The mixed solution is applied on aluminum substrate by spray coating method. FE-SEM and AFM are used to analyze microstructure, BET is used to analyze specific surface area and porosity. Componential analysis and chemical bond is measured by FT-IR and FT-Raman.
