제목 Preparation of modified-mCP derivatives and their application to Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs)
초록 Carbazole-containing mCP has a good hole-transporting property and a high triplet energy of 2.9 eV, which makes it useful as a host material for blue phosphorescent OLEDs. However, relatively low-lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of mCP often hinders efficient injection of holes from the anode side. In this work, we introduced new substituent units instead of carbazole to modulate the HOMO energy level of the materials. Due to the new substituent moieties, the HOMO level of the new materials showed the higher HOMO energy level than mCP. Detailed characterization and OLED device results will be discussed in the presentation.
