제목 Synthesis and device performance evaluation of the host materials with high triplet energy for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 Bipolar host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) were synthesized with a linkage between 4-position of carbazole and 6-position of carboline moiety. All materials synthesized using the carbazole and carboline showed high triplet energy above 2.88 eV. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of the host materials with benzonitrile, benzene, dibenzothiophene and diphenyltriazine substituents were -6.06/-2.89, -6.04/-2.78, -6.15/-2.73 and -6.09/-3.35 eV, respectively. Maximum quantum efficiency of the host materials were 18.16, 16.65, 17.85, 13.49 %, respectively.
